A driver in Lakewood died after striking a pole on Kipling Parkway early Monday.
The driver was heading northbound on Kipling at about 3:30 a.m., when the accident happened near Kentucky Avenue, said Lakewood Police spokesman TJ Jacobson.
The driver was declared dead at St. Anthony Hospital.
