Re: “,” June 7 news story.

I read this article two days after my husband passed away from squamous cell carcinoma that had attacked his kidneys. He elected to stop chemotherapy after two treatments and later dialysis after two more months. He died peacefully at home in hospice care and I am sure avoided many more weeks of pain and suffering. I am so thankful to his team of doctors for supporting his decision.
