STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Steamboat City Council members say they made a mistake when they snapped up free concert tickets and they are reviewing the council’s 40-year-old code of ethics.
Council President Walter Magill apologized to his fellow council members for allowing them to vote on the ticket issue and says he made a mistake.

The council has decided to take another vote on its decision to take first choice of Strings concert tickets and Free Summer Concert VIP passes.
