A man who frequents an apartment complex swimming pool in Adams County has been arrested on suspicion of child sex assault, according to investigators.

Moises Godoy, 47, was arrested Saturday when police responded to the Timber Lodge Apartments (1769 Coronado Parkway) on a report of a sexual assault, according to an Adams County Sheriff’s Office news release Monday.

“Godoy is known to frequent the area of the apartment complex swimming pool at this address,” the sheriff’s office said.
