Re: July 30 news story.

I was born in Globeville in 1938. I lived there until I graduated from college. My father was born there in 1897 and lived there until his death in 1971. My mother came here from Poland when she was a year old. She lived there until December 1979. We had to move her from there because a man tried to break into her home. During that time, the people of Globeville maintained their property. There was no need for an organization like Extreme Community Makeover to come to Globeville. The last time I was in Globeville was in August of 2015. I was attending a funeral at the Polish church. Across the street from the church was a yard full of trash. One of the best pieces was an old toilet. There is nothing more I can say.
