A conservative friend of mine recently told me what he liked most about Donald Trump.  My friend said, “He’s a decisive leader, and he speaks exactly whatap on his mind.” That reminded me of another friend who said exactly the same thing about George W. Bush. It makes me wonder how common this is with conservatives.  Can it be that they actually believe that being a decisive leader who speaks exactly whatap on his mind is a desirable trait for a presidential candidate?  Shouldn’t the quality of decisions be more important than the decisive way in which they are formulated?  Furthermore, is it good to have a candidate who doesn’t hesitate to say any racist thing that pops into his head or decisively utters a series of nonsensical half-thoughts that have no basis in reality?
