A Broomfield house fire left one person dead this weekend, North Metro Fire Rescue District reported Tuesday morning.
About 10:40 a.m. Saturday morning, firefighters were called to a structure fire at a single-family, one story home in the 100 block of Daphne Way, according to a news release.
A neighbor had called in the fire and reported smoke coming out of the home.
