Torchy’s Tacos hit a hot note when its first Colorado store opened at 1085 Broadway in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. , the fourth location of Austin-based Torchy’s opens next week in Fort Collins.
The opening party on Monday, September 19 at 3280 S College Avenue features free tacos, drinks, chips and dip from 5 to 8 p.m. Torchy’s officially opens the following morning, Tuesday, September 20 at 7 a.m. A fifth Colorado location of Torchy’s is planned to open at 7159 W 88th Avenue in Westminster this fall.
