Chef-restaurateur Troy Guard’s RiNo hotspot, , is hosting a pop-up lunch today, September 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guard and his team made a lunch menu with the lunch-loving crowd in mind. Typically, Mister Tuna is only open for dinner service, so today’s midday service comes as a special occasion.

Selections for the one-off lunch include an oak-grilled rare tuna salad with quinoa, avocado, seaweed and green beans in a soy vinaigrette, a Colorado bison pastrami sandwich with house-made sauerkraut, aged Swiss cheese and Russian dressing and more. Guests can also enjoy lunch-hour libations. Reservations are recommended, so call Mister Tuna at 303-831-8862.
