Valor Christian senior quarterback Dylan McCaffrey threw four touchdown passes and ran for another while the littlest brother in the family, sophomore Luke McCaffrey, returned a kickoff 97 yards for a score in a 42-26 victory over former Centennial League rival Cherry Creek on Thursday night at the Stutler Bowl.
The Eagles (2-3) begin Mount Lincoln Conference play next week on the road at Echo Park Stadium against Legend, while the Bruins (2-3) begin Mount Elbert Conference play at home against Fossil Ridge.
