Zillow’s helping with the planning, applying an economic model to identify the top 5 Denver neighborhoods to trick-or-treat.

Researchers looked at home values, how close homes are to each other, crime rates and the share of population under age 10 to identify Cory-Merrill, Country Club, Washington Park, West Highland and Congress Park as the top places to prospect for sweet treats.

Overall, , where trick-or-treaters can get the best candy, in the least amount of time. Philadelphia was ranked No. 1.
