Reading Megan Schrader’s commentary got me thinking about how hypocritical the Christian right can be. Are they all that way? No. Do I feel most of them are? Yes. Moralizing hypocrites.
No Christian should endorse Donald Trump. How can you call yourself a Christian and endorse that amoral thug? When these things happen, it further fuels my life-long sentiments of the hypocrisy in the evangelical ranks. They are Christian when it suits them. Do you think Christ would endorse a man like Trump?

Megan Schrader argues that evangelical Trump supporters are not hypocrites. They are hypocrites. They claim to have strong family values and yet they are willing to vote for a candidate who has bragged about how he sexually assaulted women? Perhaps they could seek out a third-party candidate who is opposed to abortion and has not admitted to sexually assaulting women.
