Note: You’ll need a hand-held food smoker for this.
Ingredients
- 1 oz 291 american whiskey
- ½ oz cocchi di torino vermouth
- ½ oz Green Chartreuse
- ¼ oz Three Pins Liquor
- Splash walnut bitters
- 1 dehydrated orange slice
Preparation
In a yarai pitcher mix together ingredients. Stir with ice. Strain into sifter glass. Infuse with chardonnay smoke and cover with dehydrated orange slice.
