Thank you for the article on Boulder mail carrier Adrian Helwig, who likely saved the life of an elderly man who had fallen in his driveway and would probably have died had not a Good Samaritan come along. Helwig’s actions make him a true hero. Unfortunately, the word “hero” is often applied to people whose actions do not warrant the compliment. In a world with so much violence and strife, the article about Helwig’s concern for a fellow human being truly brightened my day.
