After a car chase, Denver police arrested two suspects in a drive-by shooting outside a home where a party was taking place early Thursday morning, authorities say.
The names and genders of the suspects have not been released.
The shooting happened near 30th Avenue and Walnut Street at 12:24 a.m., said John White, Denver police spokesman.
“There was a large party in the area,” White said.
A car was struck by bullets but no one was injured, he said. The two suspects were in a car that fled the area.
People gave police a good description of the suspects, White said. Police spotted the suspect vehicle and tried to pull the car over.
A short chase ensued. The driver eventually stopped near 35th Avenue and Yosemite Street, where they were arrested without further incident, White said.
