Firefighters contain the house fires in Parker on Jan. 13, 2017.A two-alarm fire damaged two homes in Parker on Friday night.
The fire in the 11800 block Horseshoe Lane sparked at about 8 p.m., according to South Metro Fire and Rescue Authority. Two homes burned, billowing thick plumes of black smoke.
No injuries were reported. Firefighters had the fire under control in about 30 minutes.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
