When he responded to Rep. John Lewis, Donald Trump should have said, “I am sorry that you are questioning the legitimacy of my presidency. By my actions in the next four years, I intend to show you, and all of America, that you are wrong.”

I did not vote for Trump, but he will be president, and I hope he can be more civil and presidential in his responses in the future.
