
Tantrums at the bus stop. A witness called police to the bus stop at East 60th Avenue and Dahlia Street in Commerce City because a woman waiting for the bus there Dec. 28 was belligerently rambling and throwing things from her Walmart cart into the street. She would then go out to the road to retrieve the items and then throw them again. She was cited.
Lock box scavengers. Police were called to Exhaust Pros, 11450 Huron St., Northglenn, because someone broke out one of the garage windows Jan. 5 and rummaged through employees’ tool box stations. One employee had a lock box with handguns inside that was stolen.
Air conditioner door. Someone broke into a man’s storage unit inside his housing complex in the 9500 block of Pecos Street, Thornton and stole nearly $3,000 worth of the man’s possessions Dec. 15. The unknown suspect pushed a window air conditioning unit through the window to get inside.
Man exposes himself to woman in car. A woman who was just sitting in her car in the 11600 block of Community Center Drive, Northglenn, was approached by a young man who was asking her for directions to Boondocks Jan. 3. The woman then noticed that the man’s genitals were outside of his pants and called police.Sleeping on the sidewalk. A man who was found passed out drunk in front of Parkway Liquors, 6075 Parkway Drive, Commerce City was cited for having an open bottle of vodka in his hand Dec. 28.
Safe heist. The owner of Rockstar Beauty Lounge, 2683 E. 120th Ave., Thornton, called police Dec. 16 because someone busted the glass out of the front door and went inside and stole a small safe that had several hundred dollars and various papers inside.
