This is the first time I have written to The Denver Post. Why now? To thank you and praise you for your letter to the world.
President Donald Trump does not seem able to understand the dire consequences of many of his actions. Please continue to have the courage and leadership to stand up to Trump and speak out.
Trump is taking our country backwards nationally and internationally. We need the media to be a strong voice speaking up for our American values, dignity and common decency. Do not be intimidated or cowed by the president’s bullying. Thanks again!
