Oh look, another warm February day and another record broken.
Denver broke its fourth record Tuesday, hitting 73 degrees around 2:22 p.m. and beating out the previous 1995 record of 71 degrees. And we’re left to wonder, how many times can February beat the same ol’ drum?
The temperature so far today in Denver has reached 73 degrees. This breaks the old record of 71 degrees which was last set in 1995.

To recap:
There was the time on and we were shocked. 80 degrees! In February! That had literally never happened before. Exciting, however more than slightly concerning.
But then the next week, February did it again, breaking . It didn’t stop there, though, and blew through a third record the next day, .
The weather is likely to return to its traditional midwinter self later this week. The National Weather Service says there’s a chance of rain or snow in the Thursday forecast.
