CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Wyoming man who to manslaughter in the death of a baby boy will serve between 18 and 20 years in prison.

Logan Rogers, who refused to tell authorities where he left the boy’s body, was sentenced in a Cheyenne court Friday. He faced a maximum of 20 years under his plea deal.

The family of 13-month-old Silas Ojeda, whom Rogers is accused of killing, asked the judge for the maximum sentence.
