A traveler checks in for flights at O'Hare International Airport on March 14, 2017 in Chicago.Re: March 26 news story.
United Airlines has every right to require individuals who are flying free on their airline to adhere to a specific dress code. I travel domestically and internationally quite frequently, and the clothing that many travelers think is acceptable in my opinion is disgraceful. Perhaps if they are dressing to clean the garage, it might be OK.
We all have rights. If you pay for your ticket, you can dress as slovenly as you want. If you are accepting the generosity of the airline to fly free, do yourself a favor and look like you perhaps belong there.
