That’s not a typo. Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, the controversial former Cincinnati Bengals receiver known for his antics on and off the field, is calling out the best receivers of today’s NFL for a little 1-on-1.

Johnson, now 39, has found a new hobby for when he’s not playing for the Monterrey Fundidores in a Mexican football league, testing the skills of the NFL’s best receivers by covering them as a defensive back.

Tuesday, Johnson squared off in a series of 1-on-1 drills against Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Antonio Brown. Clips of the contest can be viewed on Brown’s and Johnson’s respective Instagram accounts (be warned the majority of them are NSFW). While facing Brown, Johsnon took to Twitter to challenge Giants receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and Denver’s Demaryius Thomas.

Never the quiet sort, Johnson dared Beckham to “come get this work.” (WARNING: strong language)

Thomas, not known for being much of a talker, accepted Johnson’s challenge and said he’d do his talking on the field.

It didn’t look like Johnson appreciated DT’s tone

Don’t know when Thomas and Johnson will go at it but here’s hoping DT puts up a good showing for Broncos country.
