The who walked away from his home in the 1400 block of Harward Street on March 31.

Aravind Elangovan, 19, is 6-foot-1 and weighs about 195 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a long black wool coat, a long sleeved blue t-shirt and boxer shorts. Police say he was not wearing pants or shoes. Police say he suffers from various mental conditions.

He left his home without a car, wallet, identification or cell phone, according to Longmont police. Elangovan regularly goes to parks in northwest Longmont and the Mount Sanitas trail west of Boulder. Police believe he may be attempting to head back to Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he attends school.

Anyone who may have information about Elangovan’s whereabouts is asked to call Longmont police at 303-651-8501.
