A man implicated in a high-speed crash that injured a Loveland woman and her two children now faces nearly two dozen more charges.

Larimer County officials announced Thursday that Adam Fulford, 33, will face 23 additional charges in connection with the two-day incident March 30-31.
After Larimer County Sheriff’s Office investigators met with 8th Judicial District prosecutors, Fulford now faces felony charges of first-degree kidnapping, first degree assault, aggravated robbery, second-degree burglary, two counts of possession of an explosive device, vehicular eluding, two counts of possession of a dangerous weapon and two counts of menacing.
He also faces new felony charges of illegal discharge of a firearm, aggravated motor vehicle theft, two counts of violating bail bonds conditions, tampering with physical evidence, and having firearms, explosives or incendiary devices in a facility of public transportation. Felony charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and being a special offender for drugs were also added.
