Re: April 30 Greg Dobbs column.
It was interesting as well as disheartening to read how Greg Dobbs’ conservative friends continue to support Donald Trump despite his reversals and his “style.” What I really want to know are their answers to these questions:
How do they feel about Trump’soutright lies?How do they feel about his accusation of wiretapping by Barack Obama with absolutely no evidence provided? How do they feel about Trump’s multiple conflicts of interest with his many business dealings, not to mention his family’s conflicts? How do they feel about the multiple connections to Vladimir Putinand Russia throughout Trump’s campaign and administration? Do they really think if a Democrat was president, those connections wouldn’t be investigated?
I’m tired of hearing that Trump supporters still support him when the fundamental questions about honesty, corruptionand American sovereignty are not being asked.
