Surveillance video shows two people Boulder police believe could have “valuable information” about the in downtown Boulder, and authorities are asking for the community’s help in identifying them and finding out more information about the case.
The video shows two masked, hooded people walking in the alley of one of the victimized shops, Helping Hands Herbals, located at 1021 Pearl St. The video shows the individuals entering about 12:38 a.m. early Tuesday and returning about 2 a.m.
In a Wednesday news release, the police said they would like to talk to these two people.
At least a dozen properties — including residences and downtown Boulder businesses — were hit with anarchist messaging and profanity-laden graffiti.
Boulder police have taken seven reports in the downtown area associated with this spree.
The tags include the anarchist symbol — an “A” inside a circle — and spray-painted phrases such as “Kill Trump,” “Blue Lives Shatter,” “All Cops are Bastards,” and “To Be Governed Is Disgraceful.”
