Coloradans turn to Google to learn to spell this word

As the nation turns its focus to the , Google has released its annual list of the top searched “how to spell” words by states.

Coloradans apparently use Google to look for the correct spelling of “tomorrow.”

Meanwhile, people in Kansas need help spelling “diamond,” Nebraskans can’t figure out how to spell “suspicious” and people in Wyoming struggle with “priority.”

Popular misspelled words on Google’s state list include “beautiful,” , “hallelujah,”  “pneumonia” and “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”

Multiple states had trouble with “Chihuahua,” though none were in the West.

Perhaps saddest of all, Wisconsin residents most often search how to spell their own state’s name.

The data was collected from U.S. searches, Jan. 1 through April 30.
