A pedestrian was killed Thursday night in Denver after being hit by a vehicle.

The incident happened about 9:30 p.m. at the intersection South Federal Boulevard and West Florida Avenue, according to the Denver Police Department.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was cooperative with investigators.
Neither the victim nor diver were identified. An investigation is ongoing.
