Whether you’re running around , dancing at Juneteenth, partaking in any other of the many events around the metro area or just drinking a beer on your porch this weekend, the weather is here to accommodate you.
It should be slightly warmer Saturday with a high in the upper 80s, National Weather Service meteorologist Natalie Sullivan said. But things are expected to cool into the mid-50s by night. There’s also a slight chance of thunderstorms in the late afternoon into the night.
Sunday will end the weekend in style. The high should be around 81 degrees with a nighttime low in the mid-50s.
The rest of the week should be mostly clear and dry, Sullivan said.
