Former Vice President Joe Biden will make a public appearance in Denver this fall as part of his American Promise Tour.

The 19-city tour will launch Nov. 13 and includes a Dec. 2 stop in Denver at the downtown Paramount Theatre.

“Itap a lucky man who gets out of bed every morning, puts his feet on the ground, knows what he wants to do and knows it still matters,” Biden said in a news release announcing the tour. “I still count myself lucky.”

Each ticket includes a copy of Biden’s forthcoming memoir, “Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship, and Purpose.”

Tour tickets to the general public go on sale July 28, but presale tickets will be at 10 a.m. July 18.

Biden said: “I’m looking forward to talking with people all over the country on this book tour, not only about my experiences but about how much we have in common and what we can do together to continue to build on the great promise of America.”
