Thursday was the fifth anniversary of the shooting at the Century Aurora movie theater. Twelve people were killed and 70 more injured.

This week was the anniversary of the shootings at the Aurora theater. I was there when the theater opened up again. I go there fairly often. It is comfortable there, inviting and clean. I love my neighborhood theater: a senior can get a cheap ticket, my butt fits in the seats, the decor is soft and warm. There are smiles and peace in the aura. There is no sadness or “bad” there. The theater is proof that goodness prevails, and when I am watching a movie I feel the peacefulness. Hugs to all who were there that horrid night, and kisses to those who sit beside me as I watch my movie.
