Littleton detectives are investigating after burglars smashed a window and stole several guns early Wednesday morning at a gun store.

Three suspects are sought in the 2:18 a.m. burglary of Warhorse Firearms of the Rockies, 3105 W. County Line Road, according to a police report.

Investigators believe the suspects were driving a dark-colored, 2-door Honda with a black spoiler on the back, the report says.

No one has been arrested in the burglary.

The gun store robbery was the latest in a long series of gun store burglaries this year along the Front Range.

Earlier this month,  have been stolen statewide since Jan. 1.  in Colorado in 2016 with 273 guns stolen statewide and thefts so far this year put 2017 on pace to break that record..
