Police in Aurora announced an arrest in connection to a over the weekend.
An unidentified juvenile male was arrested Wednesday for allegedly shooting a man who was riding on an RTD bus at East Colfax Avenue and Sable Boulevard. The juvenile suspect is being held on suspicion of attempted first-degree murder.
The shooting occurred around 2:50 p.m. Sunday. Police said the victim suffered a life-threatening gunshot wound. His current condition or identity is unknown.
Investigators have not released the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
