What the manager says: “We get our shipment of fish everyday from a Japanese company. Our best rolls depend on what every person likes. If a person likes spicy rolls, I would suggest the jalapeno roll or Mexican roll. For a lot of fish, I’d recommend a rainbow roll or Sushi Win Special. For crunch, I’d recommend the crunchy tempura tuna or The Heat. We focus on quality versus quantity. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years and have owned Halu Sushi since it opened in 2008. My personal favorite and signature roll is Marvin’s Roll. It has spicy tuna on the inside, salmon and avocado on top with spicy mayo, then it’s baked. Another good roll is the restaurant’s signature roll, the Halu Roll. It’s a unique roll, and customers like it,” Marvin Chang said.
