What a total disaster on Monday night. No, I don’t mean two fumbles by the Broncos, or the multiple sacks of Trevor Siemian. It was the halftime entertainment.
Who thought having a band play during the performance of the Army’s “silent drill team” was a good idea? It was absolutely embarrassing. My heart ached for the young army men.
As a longtime season ticket holder and proud Broncos supporter, I was stunned at the stupidity. Whoever thought this up needs to spend a couple of months in the shoes of our young military recruits. Oh and the band was awful to boot.
