Are you kidding me? These articles were right next to each other on page two. Our state can find money to fund a privately run prison for an additional $10.6 million, while an effective and long standing program to tackle teen pregnancy gets canceled because the federal government has cut its funding of $750,000?

I don’t care how you look at this, it just isn’t right.
