Early Monday morning Colorado Springs police arrested a man who was jumping in front of cars and appeared to be high on narcotics.

University of Colorado at Colorado Springs police and city police were called to the 5000 block of North Nevada Avenue at around 2:10 a.m. about a man who was jumping in front of moving vehicles, according to a police report.

The man ignored police commands and then resisted arrest, the report says.

The man showed signs of being under the influence of narcotics, it says.
