An arrest warrant for first-degree murder has been issued for a 34-year-old woman in the shooting death of a man in a Centennial parking lot.

Investigators are looking for Jacqueline Yvonne Lucero in the death of Adolph Arellano, according to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office.

Arellano was shot just after 5 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of East Highline Circle, according to the sheriff’s office. Arellano died at a hospital.

The victim and suspect knew each other, and investigators do not believe the shooting to be a random crime, the release said.

Lucero is described as about 5-foot-7 and 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair, although her at the time of the incident. Lucero is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on Lucero’s whereabouts is asked to call 911, or call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 (STOP).
