Police on Monday asked for the public’s help in identifying the person who fatally shot a teenager in northeast Denver.

, was shot about 7:40 p.m. Thursday when a vehicle he was in stopped at the corner of East Thrill Place and Forest Street, according to Denver police. More than one suspect approached, and at Hamilton and another male inside the vehicle. The second victim was hit by gunfire and survived.

Anyone with information on the shooting, or on possible suspects, is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
