I deeply appreciate your giving front-page space to the story about the Street Fraternity brotherhood. Hearing about the impact our community is having on these young refugees is encouraging. The reach of that program is amazing — Myanmar, Burundi, Liberia, and so many others. I am thankful to be part of a community that has a heart for these kids. I was a teacher in a north Denver school for 13 years. There is nothing like seeing kids develop their potential in a caring environment.
