I read with interest your story on the battle between CBS and Dish Network. I noted your mostly successful attempt to make the story balanced. But, speaking from the perspective of a 20-year Dish customer, I’ll tell you they don’t deserve balance. They battle nonstop with the various networks, trying to get them to lower their prices. Trying and trying and trying. The result? A couple of times a year Dish customers go without something they’re paying good money for — something we are paying good money for.

Two questions for Dish: 1. Which network will we be without next month? 2. Where’s my compensation for going without something I’m paying you for?
