I agree with letter-writer Emzy Veazy III’s premise. Presently, the real estate developers’ concept will be unprofitable in Snowmass Village because of its location in a mountainous region. There the transient travelers will be enthralled with skiing at this resort. However, when their vacations have ended, they will return to their hometowns. Snowmass is a lovely winter holiday spot, but there is not enough year-round employment for one to consider a permanent residency in this community.
