Man found shot to death in Aurora parking lot

Aurora police are investing the homicide of a man discovered early Friday morning in the parking lot of the Cambrian Apartments, according to authorities.

The man was taken to a hospital following the 3:30 a.m. police call, but was later was pronounced dead, according to an Aurora police news release.

Witnesses called 911 about a disturbance at 15651 E. Caspian Circle, near the intersection of South Chambers Road and East Iliff Avenue.

When police arrived they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound, the news release says.

“Police have no suspect information to release at this time and are looking to speak with anyone who may have witnessed this homicide,” the news release says.
