Spotlight on Karl-Anthony Towns: The versatile big man entered Tuesday ranked fifth in the NBA in rebounding (11.6 per game) and ninth in efficiency (26.4) while adding 20.5 points, two assists and 1.4 blocks per game. But whatap perhaps keeping Towns from graduating from scary offensive threat to full-blown superstar is his lack of improvement on the defensive end. He’s knocked for relentlessly going for blocks in the paint, rather than staying in proper position.
