Snow flurries and temperatures below freezing are expected Monday, with the wind chill making it feel like about 2 below zero at times, forecasters say.
New Year’s Day will be partly sunny with a high of around 28 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
Snow could start falling late Monday night. Snow showers are possible between 11 p.m. and 3 a.m., the NWS says. There’s a 20 percent chance of snow.
High temperatures will begin to rise Tuesday from around 40 to the lower 50s by the weekend, the NWS says.
