Tyrone Adair Jr., aka Boss Goodie. Getting your player ready...
The man arrested for the lethal shooting of Denver rapper Boss Goodie, real name Tyrone Adair Jr., pled guilty to second-degree murder earlier this month, according to a release from the Denver District Attorney’s Office.
On Jan. 19, the DA sentenced Harold Mortis, 28, to 40 years in prison. Mortis was initially charged with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a previous offender. Both of those charges were thrown out in exchange for the plea.
Mortis was accused of shooting Adair in the head outside of RiNo nightclub Cold Crush on Oct. 10, 2016. Police . Adair was 29.
