A vehicle rolled off the road and onto ice, injuring the driver, after a single-vehicle crash Tuesday evening in Larimer County.

The driver was transported to a hospital, State Trooper John Lewis said. He did not have information about the driver or extent of the injuries at the time. The crash occurred on Stove Prairie Road near the Stove Prairie Elementary School.

The vehicle did not go through the ice, he said. First responders were figuring out how to get the car onto dry land.
