
First the good news: Capriotti’s is coming to Colorado. The sandwich shop, which got its start in Delaware back in 1976, will open 12 locations in the state in the usual-suspects cities of Denver, Fort Collins and Boulder.
Now the bad news: You’ll have to wait until 2019 to get your fix.
Never heard of Capriotti’s? It’s most famous for a Thanksgiving-inspired sandwich called The Bobbie, stacked with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. If you prefer to segregate your holidays and sandwiches, Capriotti’s also has a fairly standard menu of cheese steaks, pastrami and meatball ‘wiches.
