This summer, St. Louis-based Sugarfire Smoke House will open its first Colorado location in Westminster. But fans of the fast-casual barbecue restaurant know that that means more than just your basic ribs and brisket. (Although it has those, too.)

Sugarfire, which will take over the Brixx Woodfired Pizza spot, is known for mixing up a variety of barbecue styles in a fun menu that includes items like Pork Belly Hush Puppies with jalapeño jelly, the Big Muddy sandwich (brisket, smoked sausage, horseradish and BBQ sauce) and a variety of homemade pies.

If maximizing your calorie intake is what you’re after, you should also know that there’s a chocolate peanut butter bourbon shake on the menu. You know, when having hush puppies, a brisket/sausage sandwich and pie just isn’t enough.
